Responsible procurement

We collaborate with growers and suppliers to achieve responsible sourcing. This is reflected in our policy of "sourcing from afar when necessary, and sourcing from nearby whenever possible". If we can grow delicious exotic fruits closer to home, that will be our first choice

Reduce food waste

By selecting appropriate packaging materials, we help prevent food spoilage and reduce waste. Products that don't meet shelf-life standards? We're happy to repurpose them. For example, "defective" sweet potatoes will enter the french fry industry, while we will use "ugly" lemons to make lemon wine!
